The Role
Engagement Managers are the productivity experts who project manage new accounts to success by acting as Quickskill consultants with our busy, successful Members. EMs build relationships, processes, and solutions with our Members and our teams of Productivity Assistants (PAs) and team managers overseas. We are currently looking for someone to work with our largest accounts and help build a business segment around them.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:
- Own the Quickskill experience for Members and account decision-makers in the Mid-Market category, serving as their primary account-level point of contact and thought partner
- Manage the onboarding process to get new Members successful quickly
- Proactively retain and grow existing Member engagements through clear, timely communication and creative problem solving
- Work collaboratively with overseas Member Service team to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Own and build the Mid-Market segment, partnering with Director of Engagement Management and Head of Sales to create a sales and service delivery playbook for these large accounts
- Leverage your professional experience to help mentor early career teammates
- Be a constant champion of Quickskill’s Orange Culture
Requirements
The skills you bring to the table:
- 5+ years in a Customer Success role (for less experienced candidates, please see our Associate Engagement Manager job post)
- Strong verbal communication and business style writing skills
- Highly organized, process-oriented work style and meticulous follow-through
- An inexplicable fondness for the color orange
- Strong sense of curiosity and love for learning
- Passion and enthusiasm for process improvement, global communication, and the challenges of senior executives
- Live and breathe the Quickskill core values, our COILS
- Local to or desire to settle in the Portland, OR area
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce and/or other CRM experience
- Managerial or team-leading experience
- Experience overseas or a passion for working in and understanding cross-cultural environments
- Entrepreneurial work ethic — able to take the ball and run with it
