About You
What You’ll Be Doing
- Secure new mid-market pilots with a blend of outbound, inbound, and referral growth tactics.
- Engage and grow current mid-market accounts.
- Represent Quickskill as a subject matter expert on virtual assistant solutions.
- Prospect new business using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Rollworks.
- Close collaboration with account managers to convert and grow pilot sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams on sales and marketing strategy.
- Employ a consultative approach in assessing clients’ needs, scoping solutions, and develop an understanding of pain points.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way. You will need to interact with senior executives, understand their needs and drive towards a solution.
Your Background
- 2+ years of experience minimum in conducting full-cycle mid-market sales with a demonstrated success achieving quota goals.
- Preferred experience selling subscriptions, services and/or staffing solutions.
- Must live in the Portland metro area, willing to work a hybrid schedule (typically 3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
- Process-oriented mindset, open to collaborating with leadership to validate sales playbooks in an emerging industry.
- Ownership mindset demonstrating drive, initiative, high energy, and a sense of urgency.
- Salesforce CRM experience required.
- Able to thrive in a small team with a highly dynamic work environment.
- High energy and adaptable with the ability to switch rapidly from strategy to execution.
