The Problem
Administrative tasks were slowing down recruiting.
Zus Health was in growth mode and hiring staff was slowing the company down. “I needed a virtual executive assistant for my department,” Derek said.
“We were growing fast and scheduling interviews, following up, the hiring paperwork and onboarding was taking up too much of my time.
“I had been talking to a colleague in the venture capital community who recommended Quickskill. Our Chief Product Officer and I had a meeting with Quickskill and decided to move forward with them.”

Our Solution
The service started with taking scheduling interviews off Derek’s plate and moved on to manage the entire recruiting process.
“Quickskill provided me with a Productivity Assistant (PA) who immediately took over schedule management. We do a lot of interviews, so she schedules the interviews, coordinates calendars with internal teammates and external candidates, sends interview confirmations, and coordinates the debriefs or meetings required after the interviews. She is also in charge of my own calendar management, helping me avoid overlapping my meetings.”
Next up was inbox organization. “My PA also helps me with my email management, keeping my inbox up to date. She has created a set of email management rules, including a flagging system to ensure that I know the most important items in my inbox. That has been a lifesaver!”
Results
Derek and his PA quickly kicked into gear.
“We went through an adaptation period initially. Still, the onboarding process was fast, and the PA was organizing things and scheduling interviews almost immediately. The work quality is remarkably high. My PA is on top of things, is very proactive, and does what she says she will do. She constantly reaches out to inform us about emails and scheduling changes to get our approval.
“Quickskill’s service level is excellent; they are very attentive and service-oriented, and they demonstrate excellent attention to detail. I’ve been very impressed with my PA and Quickskill’s work.”
