You are confident in your proven ability to grow new mid-market business, build a pipeline and close multi-year deals thanks to your consultative sales approach. Your experience closing complex deals with a variety of buyers and verticals gives you confidence to join a rocket ship on the leading edge of a burgeoning service market.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Secure new mid-market pilots with a blend of outbound, inbound, and referral growth tactics.
  • Engage and grow current mid-market accounts.
  • Represent Quickskill as a subject matter expert on virtual assistant solutions.
  • Prospect new business using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Rollworks.
  • Close collaboration with account managers to convert and grow pilot sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams on sales and marketing strategy.
  • Employ a consultative approach in assessing clients’ needs, scoping solutions, and develop an understanding of pain points.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way. You will need to interact with senior executives, understand their needs and drive towards a solution.

Your Background

You’ll thrive and help take Quickskill to another level with these skills and experience:
  • 2+ years of experience minimum in conducting full-cycle mid-market sales with a demonstrated success achieving quota goals.
  • Preferred experience selling subscriptions, services and/or staffing solutions.
  • Must live in the Portland metro area, willing to work a hybrid schedule (typically 3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
  • Process-oriented mindset, open to collaborating with leadership to validate sales playbooks in an emerging industry.
  • Ownership mindset demonstrating drive, initiative, high energy, and a sense of urgency.
  • Salesforce CRM experience required.
  • Able to thrive in a small team with a highly dynamic work environment.
  • High energy and adaptable with the ability to switch rapidly from strategy to execution.
