We can start scoping your needs right away. Onboarding for individuals and small teams typically begins within 3-5 days. Larger teams start according to an agreed upon timeline.
One “unit” comes with 55 hours of support per month, a dedicated Engagement Manager, fully trained primary and secondary backup assistants, and free episodic overflow time.
Based on 12+ years of experience, we have found that 55 hours works well for most executives. It’s about a third of a full-time employee.

Flat, monthly pricing starts at $1,350 per month with a 90-day minimum per unit plus a $250 initial set-up fee in the first month. The setup fee will be waived with a 1-year agreement.
9:00am – 6:00pm Monday through Friday, per US and UK time zones, exempting federal holidays. Extended weekday and weekend hours may be arranged on a customized basis.

Yes. If your assistant has not used your particular tools, our training staff will support them in learning it, so you don’t need to spend time training.
Most of our assistants have a bachelor’s degree and/or extensive experience in business support services. Every assistant goes through a month-long new-hire training program before working with our clients. We also provide on-going training to ensure our assistants are constantly improving their skills and are up-to-date on the latest trends in business practices and technology.
